
The truth is; Lea Ann and I stand a better chance of succeeding at this by putting ourselves out there each day. Consistently posting our status online and on the air is just a couple of ways (out of many) to help keep us accountable to our goals.
This is a 90 day program that really is only the beginning of a consistent exercise regiment that you put together (with their suggestions, of course) once you finish ("graduate") the program. The DVDs are ours - so after the 90 day BLAST OFF we can include any of the workouts we want to maintain our desired levels of fitness. So Lea Ann and I are really striving to make exercise a daily routine rather than a fair-weather hobby.
We are not trying to get all buff-bodybuilder-big --- Just trying to get OFF the couch, shed a few pounds and serve our body/temples better. And this program is one my wife and I were both interested in trying. Our diets have gotten a lot better too!
All that said; I look forward to sharing before/after pictures in about 85 days from now. (That took some guts for me to just say - and I'm not talking about the guts we're busting!) For now though, the picture up there is all the "Before" pictures I'm posting for now! :-)
Thanks for putting up with my moans, groans - and updates. If nothing else, this whole thing should at least make for some interesting stories along the way! Stay tuned. -- MG
